what a lovely day... with a wonderful host Valarie!! we did nara park... valarie explained very well on what to do and not to do with the deers and she was so right!! we then did bamboo forest and the fushirima... Valarie was the most informative host ever!!... and she really went above and beyond explaining and guiding everyone.. she came round asking if we felt okay and listened to my request of turning ac off as we were all wet and cold. it was a fun day and informtive.

Perfectly spooky and an absolute delight! 10/10 This was an absolutely incredible experience! We went on the night tour in the Arashiyama forest, and it exceeded all our expectations. A special shoutout to our guide — he is simply amazing! A truly gifted storyteller. The Japanese ghost stories and local legends sounded genuinely creepy and gave us goosebumps, but at the same time, we learned so many fascinating and entirely new facts about the history of the area. The weather played along perfectly too: it was raining, and the wet, dark paths gave the forest that perfect gloomy, cinematic vibe. The atmosphere was indescribable — a complete immersion into mystical Japan! But the biggest indicator of success was my teenage son being absolutely thrilled (and Andrey isn't easily impressed!). He listened with bated breath the entire time. It was so cool!!! Highly recommend this to anyone looking for vivid emotions and a chance to see a completely different, mysterious side of Kyoto.

This tour was great, very punctual, and they complied 100% with what they offered. My guide "Effy" was super special; she explained everything super clearly, even with slides. Super recommended. The tour was well worth the money, and our guide, Gary, was very professional. When I visited Osaka last winter, I booked a one-day tour through Klook, and the guide contacted me via WhatsApp beforehand. This time, no one contacted me in advance, which made me quite anxious. However, everything started very smoothly once we arrived at the designated time and meeting point. My husband, children, and I had a wonderful trip, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and had a great time tasting green tea. I highly recommend booking this tour if it's your first time visiting the places on the itinerary, as it takes care of your meals and transportation.

It was our 12th day in Japan, and all the previous days had been exhausting. I had wanted to do this tour on my own, but the kids weren't keeping up as well anymore. I decided to book this tour a day in advance, and it was the best decision. We visited several places without getting too tired or worn out, and the kids happily continued. We wouldn't have been able to see so much on our own. Our guide and driver were very kind!

I had a great day in Kyoto! The itinerary was great and we managed to do and see so many things in one day. All of the activities were amazing and things i wanted to see and it was all really well organised and easy. I went as a solo traveller and if you’re looking for an easy day trip to Kyoto with no stress about transport and creating an itinerary then i highly recommend this tour!!! i really enjoyed Valerie’s way of guiding tourist. she had excellent communication with detailed background, care and concern for her guests. She is very experienced and good in what she doww. well dobe

I originally booked for three adults at 1 pm and 2 pm time slots, but our earlier tour was cancelled, so we arrived almost 3 hours early just to ask about adding a hair set for our later appointments. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The male in our group changed his mind due to the heat, but because we already paid through Klook, the staff were unable to refund. Instead, they offered a free hair set and free sun parasols to take with us around Kyoto. They accommodated us right away, even though our reservation was for much later. They had tons of beautiful options to choose from, and they were extremely kind and caring. Most spoke English fluently and were patient with my broken Japanese. They even offer free photo props and background to use in their store. We were very happy with the entire shop and felt quite comfortable. Thank you so much!

We had such a great day on this tour with Apple. Apple was great at giving information about each place before we arrived. We were provided with must see and visit recommendations to help us whilst exploring Arashiama on our own. All of the stops are beautiful. The tour itself was very efficient with just enough time in each place to see all the highlights. Would definitely recommend!
