We had a great stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby places. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is new; the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and fall asleep. The only downside is the limited breakfast selection (similar to GATE HOTEL Kyoto); since I'm staying for 6 days, I'll likely get tired of it.

The check-in system was improved this time. Restaurant reservations are systematic. Breakfast was excellent. Ramen is available at night. The onsen is great. The rooms are average, but overall it's good and suitable for resting after a day of sightseeing.

The place is so accessible I can say this capsule hotel is part of the heart of Sapporo, It should be known. It is perfect for solo traveller, the breakfast was so good. The Onsen and Sauna that alone I can say it's the perfect combination. My only complain is the shower area because it was located in the Onsen and it is in the basement but it's no big deal because I easily adjust the situation. The whole stay is a experience. Will definetely book again when the time is right and when I am going back to sapporo solo again.

The room was bigger than expected! And there are free cookies and ice cream on the second floor. The welcome drinks are also available 24 hours a day, with both hot and cold options, which is awesome! When I checked in, the front desk staff happened to be Taiwanese, so the process went very smoothly! It's very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and the airport bus stop is just around the corner!

The location is fantastic, right outside the subway station. Across the street are Don Quijote and a shopping street, making it very convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. The rooms and bathrooms are also very clean. I would stay here again in the future.
