Excellent location - It is only a 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Hosui-Susukino Station on the Toho Subway Line, making it very convenient for getting around Sapporo. The rooms were clean, comfortable, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the staff even prepared a lovely birthday surprise for us, which was greatly appreciated. A nice touch was the complimentary amenities available in the lobby, including toiletries, face masks, bath powder, and other essentials that guests can take as needed. Hair curlers are also available for borrowing. Pajamas are provided, and luggage storage is available as well. The hotel offers laundry machines which you can monitor via the room tv. It provides good soundproofing that ensured a comfortable stay. We booked the connecting rooms, which were especially useful for families or groups travelling together. Do note that the connecting door remains open between the two rooms and cannot be closed separately.

For every trip to Japan, my concern is always the Hotel’s strategic location to subway station and tourist spots and Sotetsu Fresa Inn is perfect with that! Location is perfect and the staff are all friendly. Breakfast is superb. If I may suggest, if they can also add mini cash safe/vault for every room and additional pillows. My partner and I had to share with the 2pillows only 😅. Overall, we had a great stay at Sotetsu. ❤️

Good loction at the heart of susukino area. entrance to subway is just infront of the entrance of the hotel. we’ll definitely come back

Our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Sapporo-Susukino met our expectations. The hotel is located in Susukino with access to restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and organized, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were sufficient. Staff were helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel was located just outside a subway exit. There's an amenities bar at the lobby. Room was a little small though.

I love staying here. Our room is so comfy & cozy. They even surprise me on my birthday. The staff are nice. i love it here.

very convenient location

The hotel was right next to Hosui Susukino station Exit 4! Very convenient location and it is very near Susukino area for nightlife and food! Hotel was clean and provided many amenities. Very comfortable :)

It is a few mins walk from Minami 3 Jyo Susukino bus stop as we took bus from the New Chitose airport. We arrived past 8pm but were greeted with the hotel staff who helped us with the self-service check-in. We loved the free instant tea/coffee and toiletries found in the lobby. They also provide pyjamas. The hotel lobby staff during our stay was pretty attentive and real nice despite the language barrier. The room may be small but compact. Would also commend the room cleaning. The location is perfect for us as it is closed to Odori Park, Nakajima Park, Ganso Ramen Yokocho and Tanukikoji shopping street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
