Richmond Hotel will always be my choice whenever I am in Sapporo because its location is very convenient. It is near the bus and train stations and the shopping district in the area. Their staff are very accommodating and warm. The room size is just enough for the space that we needed. The people that served us in the breakfast area made sure we get what we needed. it worth staying in this hotel. Thumbs up for you!

location was the best, easily accessible and near restaurants around the area. free beer and drinks ar the lounge for guests after 4pm. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back there soon. Staff were friendly and nice.

The hotel is somewhat close to Sapporo station and nearby restaurants, very convenient. I’ve used their laundry service as well, the clothes came back nice and clean. Nothing to complain about, highly recommend if you are going to Sapporo either for work or personal.

My experiences staying with Richmond hotels were all great so far. This branch at Sapporo Odori was no exception. Check in was smooth. Room was clean and amenities were great- laundry, ice machine, vendo machine and resraurant. We also got welcome drinks. Close proximity to shopping and attractions. It was a good stay for us. I arrived at the hotel when i realize i lost my passport. the hotel staff was very accommodating and offered a car going back to the airport. but the ANA counter was already closed when we arrived. hence, the staff called the airport and found my passport together with my valid IDs and money. the experience was exhilirating with the services that was offered to me during the unfortunate event. the hotel is very clean and very generous with the breakfast options.

As a single mom travelling with my toddler I would definitely book again my accomodation in Richmonde hotel, during winter it was convenient that it is so near a few seconds from the Tanukikoji shipping street and easily accessible to the underground pathway. Staff are very helpful and kind. I would definitely be back and recommend staying here ❤️🥰
