They provide excellent service and answer any questions you have. They were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! It's close to many places, and you can walk to the tori.

Besides the location being a ten-minute walk from Kyoto Station, the only other drawback is that while there are free ice pops in the relaxation area after bathing, there's no WiFi. Everything else is great.

The place is just a few steps from Kujo Station entrance, which is a big plus! A free drink per person every night to cap the night. 👌 Spacious and homey lobby...more than adequate room space with sofa...💯 we had a comfortable stay, and will definitely stay here again.

Hotel location: Very convenient, close to the train station, subway, and many bus stops nearby. The hotel uses self-check-in kiosks, but staff are readily available to assist, so there's no need to worry. The onsen (hot spring bath) is very clean and comfortable, and the rooms are also clean and tidy. A water dispenser and microwave are provided for your convenience.
