Excellent stay at Okura Tokyo Bay while visiting Disney. The location was ideal for the monorail to the parks, and to the Tokyo Bay waterfront path. Food options close by, great spacious room and very friendly staff.

It was truly amazing! 👍 We even got upgraded to a bigger room that day ❤️ and they were incredibly child-friendly ❤️. Although there were some language communication difficulties, they were still very patient in translating, which made me feel a bit embarrassed. I deeply felt their warmth (they didn't show impatience or discrimination because of the language barrier). Absolutely super friendly! 👍 There's also a Disney store nearby where you can buy more merchandise (though the selection isn't huge), but I still found things I liked ❤️. Most importantly, there's a shuttle bus to Disneyland! 👍
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy, and there were even Disney amenities available to take home ❤️.
Breakfast: Both Chinese and Western options were available, and it was all-you-can-eat! There was even a Mickey chef who came out to interact and take photos 📷.
Service: Super nice and incredibly friendly! 👍 They even helped push our luggage onto the car for our return trip! 👍
Transportation Convenience: It's about a 5-10 minute walk from Maihama Station, and there's also a free shuttle bus to Disneyland! ❤️

There's a hotel shuttle bus at Maihama Station, with frequent service, taking about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel facilities are very complete and new, including a hot spring, a convenience store, and more. The service is also excellent. We are very satisfied.

the place was well kept and clean, perfect distance from Disney and a shuttle service on top, would stay again for the same trip

Very convenient, the only downside was going to the wrong hotel. I didn't realize that the Discovery Hall and Wish Hall were two separate buildings and thought they were just different themes. Luckily, the two hotels weren't too far apart.
