great place with onsen which I went everyday. the room is quite spacious for Japan standard and everything is super clean

Great hotel in a convenient location. The room was spacious for Tokyo standards, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that the laundry facilities were out of service during my stay, so I had to go outside the hotel to do my laundry.

Great location, easily accessible to the JR Yamanote line to all of the highlights of Tokyo. Room very clean, all staff very helpful, with a very cool and scenic main lobby on the 15th floor. Easy access to Lawson's on the first floor for any amenities needed. Thanks, we will be back!

The hotel is still new. The cleaniness is above par. It has a public bath facility. Breakfast price is afforable.

Hotel is about 5 mins away from the Gotanda station, 2 stops from shinagawa to take the trains to Haneda airport. Ginza and Shibuya is around 15 mins away. There’s an overhead bridge to cross but if you set your google maps to wheelchair friendly there is a longer route that can be taken without crossing any stairs. Plenty of food options around and there’s a Lawson right below the hotel as well. I stayed in a room facing the train tracks and it could get noisy so I guess you can request for a quiet room if you mind.

good location and near to gotanda station which can go anywhere in Tokyo by Yamanote line and easy for metro too

We have stayed with Mitsui Garden Hotels several times when we are in Japan. Miss K. Ochi was most helpful when we checked in. She was friendly, efficient, professional, and very thoughtful. This particular Gotanda location is excellent, as it's just steps away from cherry blossom viewing, day and night. There's a Lawson, as many other Mitsui Garden Hotels have, for easy convenience, buying water, etc. The location is good for eating: with many restaurants and also some 24-hour places for late arrivals. We were here three separate stays and hotel can hold luggages for free which is handy. Mr. Y. Sawanobori was so helpful to locate an umbrella for us to use whereas another staff asked us to go buy one. He seen to our smooth check out and walked us out with Thanking us for choosing Mitsui Garden Hotel. He is also reason why we do not book elsewhere in Japan as we come 4 to 6 times annually! The Bakery Cafe right across hotel is our daily routine. Hotel room small & could use renovation.

we always select Mitsui Garden Hotels when in Japan.. Excellent location with eats 24hrs & convenient stores nearby. Room is quite small as in Japan chain goes but could be better designed. Ms. K. Ochi at Reception is delightful!! Thank you for her friendly service.
