Although the hotel shows its age, you can tell it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and refreshing, and from my room I could just zone out while looking at Sagami Bay, which was super relaxing. I originally chose to stay here for the convenience of going to Disney, but it was so comfortable just sitting around spacing out that I almost didn't want to leave. There is a Disney store inside the hotel with the same prices as the ones in the park, and if you come back late at night, the café also has hot food available for purchase. Transportation is extremely convenient; just walk out the front door and you are at Maihama Station. Since you cannot enter Fantasy Springs when heading to DisneySea, you just take the monorail one more stop to the DisneySea entrance, and when leaving, you can plan to exit through Fantasy Springs—cross the street and you're right back at the hotel, which is great. If you don't want to cross the street to the station, you can also wait for the Disney shuttle. Airport limousine buses also stop right in front of the hotel, making it very convenient if you make good use of them.

The new hotel is clean and offers a shuttle service from the train station, Disneyland, and DisneySea. Free coffee and a microwave are available. It's a short walk from a convenience store, and only an 8-minute walk to DisneySea. Very good.

Vi bookede sent og var kun to personer, men valgte det billigere tredobbeltværelse, da vi syntes, det var mere rummeligt, og værelset var meget komfortabelt. Ved elevatorerne på hver etage var der dinosaurus-gribemaskiner, hvilket nok tømte forældrenes lommer. Næste dag tilkøbte vi morgenmad, og de dinosaurusformede chicken nuggets var meget søde. Morgenmadsudvalget var passende og velsmagende. Hotellet har en direkte shuttlebus til Maihama Station, hvilket er meget praktisk. Det er et anbefalelsesværdigt hotel.

Fantastic new hotel! The whole family loved it! Having a microwave in the room was incredibly convenient! We bought items from Lawson downstairs and enjoyed them in our room at our leisure! It's perfect for families!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the lobby is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Tæt på metrostationen, det tager kun omkring tre minutter at gå derhen. Der er et supermarkede i nærheden. Værelset er ikke stort, men rigeligt til én person. Jeg havde desværre ikke mulighed for at nyde den én times fri bar i nogen af de to nætter 🥹. Jeg boede på tiende etage, og om aftenen bankede en mærkelig mand på døren og larmede. Der var både japansk og engelsk.

Great location! It is located right next to JR Keiyo Line's Shin-Urayasu Station. You can walk all the way to the hotel via an overhead walkway without getting wet in the rain. Near the walkway, there is a Lawson convenience store where you can grab snacks and take them straight back to the hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you get a sense of vintage luxury—even the elevators have a classic style, and it feels like it has been recently renovated. It is an official Disney partner hotel. In the morning, the earliest hotel shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland departs at 07:05, taking about 15-20 minutes to reach Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel room is very spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and there are several extra pillows in the wardrobe. The bathroom is also huge and comes with complimentary bath salts. A minor drawback is that the hair dryer is still the traditional kind that emits a slight burning smell; it would be nice if they upgraded that equipment. Otherwise, all the spaces are very large, and there is a picture window with a view of Shin-Urayasu Station. The front desk staff is also very friendly and will try their best to communicate with you in English! Hotel Location: Excellent. Cleanliness: Good. Although it has carpet, there is no musty smell. Transportation Convenience: Excellent, with AEON Mall and Mona shopping center nearby.

On the way back from Disneyland, we stayed in a Comfort Twin room at the Tower. The room is very compact, and as soon as you open the door, there are the beds right in front of you. (Perhaps because the ceiling is also low, I felt a little claustrophobic when sleeping. People with claustrophobia might find it difficult.) The bath and toilet are separate, but there is no changing area. I was worried about the plumbing based on other reviews, but it was better than I expected. We stayed in a room on the 6th floor, and the water pressure for the shower was sufficient, and there was no limescale or odor in the bathtub. What bothered me were the stains on the curtains and walls... The location is great, and it was more than enough if you just plan to sleep.

Free shuttle bus to Disney was a nice touch and it was available several times each hour. That is to and from. We were a family of 4 and the room we stayed at had 4 beds and was very spacious. Would highly recommend. Hotel was also VERY clean and spacious and each floor had amenities like a Launderet, Microwave, Ice Machine, and water dispenser. Breakfast was great as well. Never got to use the pool though as there were traditional public pools separating male from female. All in all if you are going to Disney, I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.
