This is a good hotel for the budget-minded Disney folk. It’s too far from the city to use it for tourism.

Excellent place to stay for the price. Quiet. Within walking distance to Maihama Station, Disneyland and DisneySea. A bus stop was very close to the hotel. A Lawson’s convenience store was also within walking distance for some quick snacks. Rooms are smaller when compared to US hotel rooms but it didn’t feel cramped. The room also had a foot massager for after a long day at Disneyland. They also offer free toiletries at the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its a short walk to Disney Sea and a shuttle ride from Disneyland Tokyo. Staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, and about a 10 minute walk to Tokyo DisneySea, and 20/25 minute walk to Tokyo Disneyland. Google the walking path via the Ambassador hotel, and pass through Ikspiari to get to/from the Maihama train station. Quiet location. Restaurant in the lobby area, however we did not dine here. Hotel will accept your luggage from transportation company, and put your bags in your room prior to arrival. On departure day we had a few hours between check out and catching our airport limousine bus to Haneda, so we left our bags to be stored.

Great value! The shuttle to the Disney parks was convenient, there was coffee readily available at all times, and the staff was pleasant. There was a store within walking distance about 10 minutes away.

I love that staff are so nice. The breakfast buffet was great especially the area doesn’t have a lot restaurants around. The shuttle to and from Disney and Maihama Station was an added surprise. Disney Sea is just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Will definitely come back again at this hotel!!!

This is a very affordable and convenient hotel for visiting the Disney parks. The staff members were very pleasant. HOWEVER….we found water stains and black mold in our room, which required us to change rooms. We were grateful for the room change, but the mold situation was quite alarming. Future guests should be prepared for the difficulty of the very small bathrooms. So small that adult men nearly do not have room at the toilet.

Great basic hotel for families with free shuttle to train station and Disney parks, though we just walked. Restaurants 10min walk to shopping mall. Lawsons 5 min walk down the street.
