Mama Moi, a Northern Thai cooking class full of youthful energy. A young team leads travelers from all over the world on a three-hour journey to visit a local Chiang Mai market, learn about ingredients, step into the brand's farm, touch and smell the aroma of local spices, and through a simple but intuitive cooking experience, create their own Northern Thai dishes.
Facilities: Clean, tidy, and systematically complete. As long as you follow the teacher's steps, it is absolutely impossible to make a mistake.
Safety: Although it is a cooking class that requires the use of stoves and knives, the teacher gives instructions one at a time, progressing through the course in a calm and orderly manner, so there is no need to worry about being a cooking novice.
Location: Although remote, it feels like a paradise. No matter which corner of Chiang Mai you live in, there is a private car for round-trip transportation, providing extremely considerate service.

We had a great time learning about Northern Thai cuisine, our instructor Patty had a great sense of humour, she’s very friendly and and informative. On the day of the lesson we were surprised to find out that we were the only two students attending this amazing class (As others chose the basic Thai cuisine course). We learned a lot from our instructor and had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend it to everyone especially if you’re interested in Thai cuisine.

I enjoyed the experience. The course is well organised and is interesting for both the novice and the experienced home cook. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are very clean and the decor is warm and authentic. Highly recommended!

Helenn is a knowledgeable and friendly Chef, who brought us to the Local Market, and guided us with the cooking. She made the cooking so easy and effortless. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. It was a wonderful experience

It was a great experience! Perfect organization and tasty food! The transportation wasn’t safe at all — they picked me up in a van with bench seats in the open back, so you should be prepared for that. Toye (the guide) is a very polite and charismatic person. She explained to us about Thai spices and herbs in addition to the cooking class. Her English is excellent.

this is a must try activity in Chiang Mai. This cooking school offered us such an enriching experience. We had lots of fun and received the utmost attention from our instructor Richie. The view while cooking was amazing and we even had the chance to do kayaking after lunch.

this was such an amazing experience, so much fun and great value for money ! they’re the nicest people ever, gave great instruction & made it fun - all the food we made and ate was amazing and so much fun & everything was clean/organised ! overall was a great evening, i would definitely recommend booking this class, was very homely & welcoming and just so much fun ! thank you so much ! ❤️

Excelent!! Timi our teacher made it so much fun to participate in this cookingclass. The food was amazing as well. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to try a cookingclass in Chiang Mai!
