we came at weekdays. easy to claim the voucer. I recommend you to book through klook because it is cheaper than u walk in. on weekdays there is no long queue. kids having so much fun.

We had an outstanding experience with Ega and highly recommend him. He was extremely attentive to details and genuinely thoughtful about our family’s needs, especially our children. He took the time to understand our pace and ensured the itinerary was comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
Although we missed the sunrise due to fog, Ega stayed positive and made the rest of the day truly memorable. Our kids had a wonderful time at the floating market and the rainbow waterfall, which more than made up for it. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, Ega shared useful insights about Bandung throughout the trip. We would gladly engage him again.

We got Esrina as our guide. She contacted us a night prior our tour, confirming on the pick up time etc. She is good, excellent driver and informative, shared a lot of informations and recommendations with us during the trip. She has great personality and ensure that we are comfortable throughout the journey. We had so much fun together. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our tour guide l, Esrina, was very accommodating. She suggested additional destinations though we opted not to add it due to time constraints as she has taken us to bazaar in the morning per our request to get some batik that we can wear throughout the tour. The tour package was very nice, and Esrina had kindly offered to take nice photos of us! i specially enjoyed the deer feeding at Ranchabali!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views. Hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a touch of brutalist minimalism on the outside and industrial interiors. I love the wide open lobby space that leads to the mountain views. All the staff were polished in hospitality training and very friendly. Enjoyed the spa as well, wish I could have stayed anothed day! Room was very comfortable and breakfast was great as well.

room clean ! view excellent ! location in the center of Bandung, i can go for running just on rhe running field outside the hotel

Very convenient to be attached to the mall and theme park. The only thing lacking is the area outside the hotel is not very good for walking around. You need a car to drive to somewhere of interest. But the hotel itself is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly.

nice hotel especially with the kids. they accomodate my special requests altho we have to wait. was hoping they already prepared as i kept updating we are on our way etc. kids want to swim everyday on the man made beach and its heated pool too. connected to the mall easy to find food eventho you dont have any meal there although the breakfast spread was great! they got everything and affordable for walk in too.staff during checkin and checkout wered friendly and also around the hotel:) view of the mountain was also amazing! recommended
