• If the number of participants is small, a sea lion or minivan may be used, in which case the driver will also act as a tour guide, leading everyone through the itinerary.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, we will not wait for latecomers.
• The specific itinerary may change depending on the weather and traffic conditions on the day.
• Buses depart on time. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting times at each attraction. Travelers are solely responsible for missing the bus due to personal reasons such as tardiness.
• Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance.
• If the scenic spot cannot be visited due to force majeure on the day of the event, no partial refund will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• To maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle, it is recommended that those prone to motion sickness take motion sickness medication before riding. If the vehicle interior is soiled due to vomiting, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding.
• If no one boards or alights at the pick-up/drop-off location, the vehicle will not stop. If you wish to change your pick-up/drop-off location, please notify us at least 2 days before the activity starts, by 18:00. Please note that the stopping location cannot be changed during the tour.
• Please help maintain the items in the vehicle. If any equipment is damaged or destroyed due to human negligence, an equivalent compensation fee must be paid.
• After informing the tour guide on the same day, you may leave the group at any stop on the itinerary. After leaving the group, you automatically forfeit the rest of the itinerary.
• If you do not need the Churaumi Aquarium & Manzamo tickets included in this itinerary, the price difference cannot be refunded, nor can the tickets be rescheduled for use.
• Passengers who will be taking a flight after the end of the itinerary on the day, please allow ample time, at least two hours before the flight's departure. The operator will not be responsible if guests are unable to board their flight due to traffic conditions on the day.
• Warm reminder: Due to the longer itinerary, it is recommended to purchase a seat ticket (i.e., a child ticket) for infants aged 0-5, allowing parents and children to relax and enjoy the trip together.
• In case of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (before 20:00 local time). You will then be notified by email at any time.
• No refunds will be issued for inability to attend the event due to personal reasons on the day of the event.
• This itinerary already includes the Manzamo ticket. For passengers boarding at Manzamo, if the group ticket is not used due to early self-entry, personal arrangements, or other reasons, no refund for the difference will be provided. The duration of stay at the attraction will be calculated from the actual arrival time of the vehicle at Manzamo. Your understanding is appreciated.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions

• You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Participants aged 4-11 are considered children, based on their official ID

• If the tour group does not form, we will recommend alternative tours with confirmed departures on nearby dates to the customer.
