Okinawa Car Rental with Driver - Customized Itinerary to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium / Shuri Castle - Chinese/ English/ Japanese Speaking Driver

Many thanks to our driver, Mr. Shimodachi, who was very kind and arrived at the hotel earlier than scheduled. The day before, the tour company provided us with the driver's information, and our itinerary was communicated to him in advance. The Alphard provided by Leisure Time for three people with three large pieces of luggage was very comfortable. Since we planned our own itinerary and knew a little basic Japanese, communication was not an issue, and even last-minute changes were accommodated by the driver. June is the rainy season in Okinawa, and it poured rain throughout our trip that day. The driver even helped us confirm if there were sheltered areas at the attractions, and despite the rain, he prioritized opening the car doors for us when we exited. This was our first time using a private car service for independent travel, and it's truly recommendable.

Maemon was an excellent private driver. He was professional, punctual, and very easy to work with throughout the trip. We especially appreciated his flexibility in accommodating itinerary changes and helping us make the most of our time. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the van was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Giving my driver hire today with a 5 star rating. She is punctual, courtesy and drive very well. The car is also well maintained and clean. We booked a 8hour car hire to places like Potama Motobucho for breakfast before heading to Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. We then drive 20 min to enjoy a bowl of delicious Ramen at 豚骨ラーメンまる·安 名護店 before going to Nago Pineapple Park. The ramen shop is highly recommended and it is just opposite the pineapple park.

A truly excellent experience! They contacted me a day in advance to confirm the itinerary. Leisure Time assigned us an Alphard for our group of six. The driver arrived at the hotel entrance ahead of schedule, drove very smoothly, and confirmed with us at each location whether we needed to make any changes. He also considered obvious places to park for our convenience. Although he was a Japanese uncle, communication was no problem at all. Overall, it was a very professional and seamless experience, and I would recommend it to friends!

A huge thank you to Mr. Kinjo. Although we booked a Japanese-speaking driver this time, Mr. Kinjo was very enthusiastic and even offered to take photos for us. After translating to the driver using a mobile phone, there were absolutely no communication barriers. Even when we returned to the car earlier than the agreed time, he was always waiting for us at the drop-off point. Very professional, awesome. We will choose Easy Travel again next time.

The driver was humorous and funny. We went to the Churaumi Aquarium, Pineapple Park, Nago Botanical Garden, and Cape Manzamo. He enthusiastically took us to the entrance of the attractions to buy tickets and even helped us take family photos. He took us to a restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch. Both adults and children loved this driver, and kept saying they wanted to give him a five-star rating.🤣 Service:

Overall a good experience, driver was communicative, punctual, reliable and able to share tidbits of info & insight. The only issue we had was that our voucher indicated that extra time would be billed at a different rate to what the driver indicated so we decided to release the driver at the end of the night and find out way back rather than pay for overtime. It didn't really impact our plans but could for others and may be on Klook's end but sharing our experience anyway. We had a custom itinerary that we communicated with the team at the time of the booking and reconfirmed also the night before and there were no issues with what we were wanted to do. Our driver was also able to pivot due to unexpected plan changes such as activity closure or the restaurant being too busy and kept us informed of how long certain drives would take so we could manage our time better. Overall I would recommend the service and definitely book in advance in busy periods as cars are taken up quickly.
