Reviews
the tour guides were young and vibrant. easy to approach and accommodating. grateful that we were the first batch for the cherry blossom tour and got to see the sakura blooming
Even though it rained, I still had a really fun time on this trip. Kikuchi Park was beautiful and peaceful, and Kumamoto Castle was really impressive to see in person. Sakura-no-baba Josaien was also a nice stop to walk around and try local snacks, and Suizenji Jojuen Garden was especially lovely with its calm atmosphere and pretty views. Special thanks to Seiya for being such a great guide. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable. His positive energy really made a difference. Overall, it was a lovely day trip and I’d definitely recommend it.
I highly recommend this tour. Both guides(Seina and Seiya) were incredibly accommodating—especially considering I was the only English-speaking guest. I know it must have been a challenge for them to switch between three languages just for me, and although I felt a bit embarrassed, I’m truly grateful for their effort and kindness. Every place we visited was beautiful and well worth it. Even the scenery during the bus ride was already so breathtaking—it felt like a visual feast the entire time. The tour was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I felt well taken care of throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic journey. 🌸
The tour guide enthusiastically helped take photos at every attraction, and their skills were excellent. At the end of the tour, they also shared recommendations for good food. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but the driver kindly provided umbrellas and even helped shield us from the rain when getting into the car. Thank you!
very good itinerary covering three locations of various level of blossoming. Sufficient time in each locations to allow a general view and let customers to decide whether to come again in the future for a more in depth visit.Handsom and pretty guides accompany the group to provide information in English. Chinese and Korean respectively. Both of them are very professional. attentive, informative, initiating and polite. I really appreciate their high level of services. Well done!
Pony is very professional and friendly, and the cherry blossom viewing tour was fantastic!
Two professional tour guides provided detailed explanations of the scenic area in three languages. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, which was very satisfying. The three tours offered excellent value for money.
Joined a small group tour of around 10 people today. Pony (the guide) and the girl by his side were both very polite and genuinely helpful throughout the trip — they worked really well together. It was a nice, easy way to get a taste of Kumamoto’s scenery. The cherry blossoms weren’t in full bloom yet, and while the views were pleasant, they weren’t exactly stunning. Still, a good experience overall — just a bit on the light side, without those truly memorable, wow moments. I’d give it a 4/5
Thank you Taegwon and 大埔 are friendly and knowledgeable guides with useful recommendations; overall, every spot in the day trip is beautiful except that it was rainy, many cherry blossoms have not yet bloomed and change to Kusasenri by deleting Kikuchi Park
No need to worry about transportation; the tour guide was very friendly. They chose attractions only locals know about, and the timing was well-arranged, not too rushed. I highly recommend it to everyone!
