Extremely satisfied! Choosing the Dormy Inn series never disappoints! Although the location is a bit remote (but Furano is really rural), being able to enjoy the comfortable onsen and late-night snacks at the hotel is really great!

good location. it has free carpark for those who drive. public bath was small but there were not a lot of people during my stay so was fine

Hotel is good & staff is helpful. only thing is Klook, DONT BOOK With KLOOK PAY LATER. They will ask for a new payment when it near to the stay, they dont event bother to deduct from earlier promo card payment we lock in & jet up the price last mins. CS were unhelpful & tell us either to we can pay up to continue or we can cancel. we had no choice as it do near to our date & another family also book same hotel but different platform. I believe I'm not the only family experience this. AVOID Klook at all time!!!

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, close to tourist attractions, has a beautiful view, and the staff service is very friendly 👍🏻

We joined a one-day tour with our guide, Emma. She was full of humor, and since there were Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino speakers on the bus, she patiently repeated everything three times. I've included a photo of Emma walking in the snow from behind. Biei Farm was the most enjoyable stop; we rode snowmobiles. I highly recommend getting one per person for a better experience, but the person in front of me was too slow this time, so I didn't get to experience the thrill of speeding up. You absolutely must try the milk and ice cream at Biei; they were delicious! However, be aware that ice cream is not allowed on the bus, and if your tour includes a meal, you might not have enough time to finish your ice cream. The only downside of the one-day tour was that we had to leave Asahiyama Zoo before seeing all the animals. The Ningle Terrace was wet and a bit dirty due to melting snow, and without the lights on, it wasn't very impressive. We should have spent more time at the zoo, haha. If it's not dark yet, you're not interested in creative crafts, and you haven't eaten properly all day, I suggest eating directly at the restaurants near Prince Snow Resort instead of going into Ningle Terrace, as the restaurants close at 3:30 PM.

Lin was my guide and his service was above and beyond! The tour was a great way for you to visit every location at the ease of navigating yourself with Lin providing sufficient information of the location. I enjoyed myself.

Very satisfied with this tour. Our tour guide is Zoe, very helpful. The snowmobile is mandatory and have not cover from the tour fee, so you need to bring some cash. In night most the shop in Ninggle terrace is close, so for the one who want to buy some souvenir need pick earlier hour.

I love this tour. This tour was really fun and enjoyable. We had the chance to visit many beautiful places, each with its own unique charm. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth it and Lucy is an excellent tour guide who truly stands out for her professionalism and knowledge. She is able to speak multiple languages fluently, which makes communication smooth and comfortable for travelers from different countries. What impressed me the most was how well she explained everything throughout the tour. Her recommendations were very helpful, and she provided clear, interesting, and useful information at every stop. It was a very nice and senior-friendly experience. Our tour guide, Baste, was very helpful in managing the different nationalities on board. This was such a chill tour — I think I ate the most ice cream I’ve ever had in my life
