Things to do in Swan Valley

Frans was a phenomenal guide! Made our entire tour super pleasant and enjoyable. Very accommodating and quick to respond to our requests. We had a drone and wasn't sure if we could fly it over the vineyards. He was so quick to check and confirm for us! He has such a gentle, kind and friendly personality. What a gem he is!

Mr. Dominic was a great tour guide and really enjoyed whole tour! The best tour ever!

Would highly recommend this for a day-trip out of central Perth! Stargazing at the gorgeous night sky at Pinnacles was beautiful and photos can't do justice to it. Also got to see bull ants, which are endemic to Australia (very cool). Special shoutout to our guide Annaliese (sorry if we spelled it wrong!), who was so friendly and a big pro making the entire trip comfortable and safe. Every stop was beautiful and we were given great trivia along the way. She even thoughtfully communicated the best (read: cleanest) stops to take a bathroom break, haha. One of the highlights of our holiday for sure. Cheers!

lovely experience. numerous activities into one. very friendly staff

We joined this local tour as a family of three and had a fantastic experience. The whole trip was very well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. We visited the wildlife park and had the chance to feed the animals without needing to queue, which made the experience very relaxed and enjoyable. Lunch was fish and chips, which was nice, but we strongly recommend upgrading to the lobster as it was very fresh and definitely worth it. We also visited the desert, enjoyed an exciting off-road desert vehicle ride, and tried sandboarding. Everything was arranged very well, and the activities were fun and smooth. Overall, our family had a wonderful time. The tour was eye-opening, memorable, and gave us a great chance to experience the local scenery and activities. It was excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Swan Valley Small Group Gourmet Food and Wine Tour — Best of Perth Tour Had a fantastic day on this tour. Tim, the owner of Best of Perth Tour, personally ran the small group and was excellent — genuinely knowledgeable about wine and attentive to everyone’s needs throughout the day. The small group size made the experience feel personal rather than rushed. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Perth and looking to explore Swan Valley’s food and wine scene.

Swan Valley is such a beautiful place to slow down, enjoy the vineyard views, taste some good wine, and simply enjoy the moment.

Although we visited many places in one day, and I understand that everyone has different preferences and we couldn't always stay longer at places I liked, I was mostly satisfied with the itinerary. The hotel pickup and drop-off were very convenient, and lunch was delicious and well-located. We happened to encounter a storm, the likes of which Southwest Australia sees only once every five years, and the car felt like it was swaying on the highway. Fortunately, our tour guide, Cindy, was very experienced and completed the entire trip smoothly!

I took a cruise, chatted with people, drank some wine, and then went to a winery where I listened intently to explanations and drank a lot of wine. It would be great for wine lovers, and I really enjoyed having plenty of time.
