- Itinerary order may be adjusted depending on daily traffic and conditions, but all scheduled attractions will be visited.
- We reserve the right to provide alternative attractions or dining venues in the event of bad weather, sudden closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Children aged 0-7 may require a car seat depending on the vehicle type under WA road laws.
- Standard kids' meals are provided for children if the tour includes lunch; please book the adult rate if a larger portion is needed.

- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

- The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
