The hotel is conveniently located within the station, making it very easy to travel to different places. It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, but once we found it, everything was very convenient. The accommodation was comfortable, and the surrounding environment was pleasant.

Great location close to Kyoto train station. Lots of dining options. The hotel guest room is a highlight although lack of other entertainment facilities such as onsen, pool or convenience store on site. It fits our travel plan well. As we have revisited Kyoto for the third time, we didn’t spent time in the popular areas near Nishiki market or so.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean and staff made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Concierge even went out of her way to accomodate our request. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk from the Kyoto Station Hachijo exit. The room was sufficient for a short stay. The bathroom was a bit small though. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a 7-11 convenience store connected to the hotel.

Nice stay here. I like the location. I thought it was quite central to many of the places that I wanted to visit that were quite spread out. The rooms are clean... albeit small, but I already knew that by looking at the pictures before I booked, so that's all good. It wasn't claustrophobic. The big window helped.
The staff was very helpful, smiley, and friendly :)
