the staffs are friendly and very helpful. check in process was smooth. the room is big, beds are comfortable. amenities are complete. this hotel is also near Randen tram station. easy access to JR line and bus station. will stay here again soon ✨🫶🏻

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I didn't think it would be as great as it was. Everything was clean and spacious. The train station was about a minute walk very accessible. The staff were extremely accommodating and they spoke English perfectly. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I would book it again on my next trip to Japan!

Good location, close to the subway and with buses to all the places we visited. Very good room, standard for a business hotel, so don't expect a spacious room. I recommend it and would stay at this hotel again.

absolutely loved this hotel. after staying in a few in Japan so far thus one is my favorite. plenty of places to eat or drink around it but not in a super crowded area. train station right next door. spacious clean rooms. Definitely a must stay when visiting Kyoto
