best hotel ever. we had 4 times in Onsen, with 2 private onsen. No booking is needed since it is first come first served. Ice cream and yoghurt drinks are served after onsen.Night noodle is also a great event to gather the guests. Nice food.

superb hotel location with quite a lot of parking lots. very nice room view with outdoor onsen. food are great with some variety for longer stay.

the location is private , next to the beach and the park. we love our room which is huge and perfect layout, include inroom private onsen facing the sea . The view is so peaceful. Breakfast buffet were incredibly awesome with variety and quality. staff service were wonderful with limitation of language , however we able to manage with translator.

The hotel environment is comfortable, with a design that aligns with modern aesthetics. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Upon check-in, guests can enjoy a welcome drink in the hotel lobby or visit the rooftop for the swimming pool and a paid bar, which creates a wonderful resort-like atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I booked a room at Soragwan, and it was clean with a great view. Dinner had a diverse and satisfying menu, and breakfast was delicious. My skin felt smooth after the hot spring bath; the water must have been excellent.

the room is big with 4 beds. There are lot of facilities and a shopping store on ground floor. Nice stay

From the station, walk to the end on the right and turn right, and you'll arrive. The return trip with luggage is a bit tiring due to the uphill walk. The value for money is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The tatami mats smell nice. I booked a Japanese-style room with an ocean view and shower. The onsen facilities are average; if you want a better onsen experience, you might choose another place, but the price is very reasonable, so it's fair. There are 3 hair dryers and no toiletries. The service attitude is perfect. The self-service luggage storage with lockers is very convenient. There are 2 elevators. Across the street is the famous fried shrimp rice restaurant. Beppu Kitahama Station, YouMe Town department store, and Don Quijote are all relatively close. You can go to the aquarium, which is closer than departing from Oita. A taxi from Beppu Station to Kyushu Natural Zoological Park costs 5,700 yen.

Although the room was not very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The view from the window was pleasant, and the hotel's location was convenient, making transportation very easy. Additionally, there was a complimentary beverage hour in the afternoon, which guests could enjoy leisurely on the first floor—a very nice touch.

We did find some bugs around our hotel room similarly to what is shared by other customers on google reviews. theres ample parking, and it cost 800 yen to park for 1 night. Just opposite a mall, and there’s also a good tempura place nearby the hotel. The hotel breakfast was okay but the space was small and gets crowded in the morning. Will recommend if you are here just for 1/2 nights.
