best hotel ever. we had 4 times in Onsen, with 2 private onsen. No booking is needed since it is first come first served. Ice cream and yoghurt drinks are served after onsen.Night noodle is also a great event to gather the guests. Nice food.

superb hotel location with quite a lot of parking lots. very nice room view with outdoor onsen. food are great with some variety for longer stay.

Convenience of transportation: Very close to the JR and bus stations, making it extremely convenient. Cleanliness: The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service: The rooftop swimming pool is wonderful, and the hot spring bath is also fantastic. Breakfast: The breakfast offers a great variety of options and is delicious.

The staff speak Japanese and English, and their service attitude is excellent and very friendly. The room was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave! 😂 The hot spring was very relaxing, and the shower water pressure could be adjusted, which I appreciated because I prefer a stronger stream to feel thoroughly clean. We received welcome drinks on both days of our stay, and they were able to help us call a taxi when we left. This is definitely a hotel I'll be returning to next time! 🥰

We did find some bugs around our hotel room similarly to what is shared by other customers on google reviews. theres ample parking, and it cost 800 yen to park for 1 night. Just opposite a mall, and there’s also a good tempura place nearby the hotel. The hotel breakfast was okay but the space was small and gets crowded in the morning. Will recommend if you are here just for 1/2 nights.

Bagama't hindi kalakihan ang espasyo ng kuwarto, maluwag at komportable naman ang kama, kaya maganda ang kalidad ng tulog. Nakakatuwa ang tanawin sa labas ng bintana, at maganda ang lokasyon ng hotel, kaya napakadali ng transportasyon. Bukod pa rito, may libreng inumin tuwing hapon na maaaring i-enjoy nang payapa sa ground floor, na napakagaling.

The staff were very polite, and the facilities were new. I tried both the French and Japanese restaurants, and the service was excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and we could hear people talking by the pool. The private onsen on the room's balcony seemed poorly maintained, with stains, and there were many mosquitoes and insects when bathing at night. It would be better if there was a mosquito repellent lamp!

This place offers the best value for money. The accommodation is spacious, and the location is excellent. Make sure to book a room with a private bathroom. It seems breakfast is only available if you book it in advance. If I visit Beppu again, I would definitely stay here. The rooms are larger than typical hotel rooms, and the price is incredibly reasonable. Yukata and geta sandals are also provided.
