It was a truly wonderful experience. Kelvin gave an excellent introduction, and we got plenty of great photos of Mount Kinabalu. The ATV ride was also very exciting; it was stable and fun, with no rollovers at all. Thank you to our guide for the warm hospitality. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed feeding milk to the cows.

Everything is very well arranged and organised. Right from picked up till end of hike. The accommodation lodge at Kinabalu park was fantastic. The hike was rather tough though especially the one at 2.30am to the summit. Need to pay addition to the guide and transport back to accommodation as exceeded the stipulated time though.

Thank you so much for an incredible trip up Mount Kinabalu. Doing the Walk the Torq route was easily the best part of the climb. The views were unreal and the gear felt completely secure.As a solo hiker, I felt incredibly well taken care of the entire time. A massive thank you to both of my amazing guides! My mountain guide was fantastic at pacing me to the summit, and my via ferrata guide was professional and made me feel 100% safe on the sheer rock face.I had such a memorable experience that if I have the chance to come back, I definitely want to challenge myself with the long Low's Peak Circuit next time. 💪🏻

Because the weather was good, I didn't use hiking poles at all. I honestly don't think it's a very difficult mountain to climb, though some sections require very large steps, so hiking poles would make it a bit easier. The temperature on the mountain is lower in the early morning, so remember to wear a jacket when you go up! From the summit, you can see the full view of the sacred mountain bathed in sunlight, which is incredibly beautiful. If I have the chance, I'd love to experience watching the sunrise. If needed, you can also rent wooden hiking poles at the base of the mountain for 3 Malaysian Ringgit each.

Great hiking experience! Our guide was punctual, very patient with my mum, and always made sure we felt safe throughout the journey. Really appreciated the care and professionalism—made the whole trip enjoyable and stress-free.
