Reviews
This trip, I traveled with two seniors in their 70s, and the itinerary was relatively safe. Although the speedboat was a bit fast, making them a little nervous, the beach environment was good. The first island had bigger waves but was excellent for photos, while the second island had clear water and fine sand. However, I think the highlight of the entire trip was the massage at the end. After a day of activities, getting a massage was truly relaxing, and the masseuse's technique was superb.
The tour guide made us feel very secure, allowing us to follow along effortlessly. The island is quite beautiful, but unfortunately, there weren't many fish while snorkeling. Lunch boxes were provided, and there are monitor lizards on the island.
The boat was good for the price, but the massage could be longer. It is an option for two hours. The first island is beautiful, gorgeous, and clean. The second island is a little bit short, but you can do two islands in one day. For the price, it's definitely worth it. For any first-timer, I recommend it for sure. The locals are friendly, and the food is great as well.
the islands were serene with clear waters and many colorful fish! tour guide was kind and knowledgeable as well.
super fun experience! Benjy the tour guide was very kind and accommodating and the massage was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! so good! will def book again if we come back.
Manukan island experience was nice but we had to rush to Sapi island due to rain forecast but when we reached Sapi within an hour we had to rush back due to bad weather. The massage at the end was the best experience of the day.
the massage was one of the best i have personally experienced. removed all the fatigue from the trip.
we had a great time, island was nice and the massage was just the perfect end to our tiring but fun day.
me and my husband booked onto this trip a bit last minute, just the day before. we had confirmation texts straight away, pick up times and reg details of the car that would be picking us up in the morning. it arrived a few mins early and we were driven to the nearby jetty where two guides were waiting for just two of us. we were issued life jackets and snorkels and after a 20 minute wait, we boarded our speed boat over to the first island, Manukan. it is absolutely stunning, white sand fringed by huge forest trees giving lots of shade, clear blue sea with an abundance of fish swimming around our feet. unfortunately there was also a lot of rubbish in the sea, plastic bottles and packaging everywhere, such a shame that people treat our beautiful planet like this, it’s a national park and we could see people collecting rubbish off the sand but not possible in the sea. we stayed for 3 hours and were bought lunch before going on to Sapi. Both beautiful islands and we had a lovely day.
The tour guide was very friendly and attentive. The lunch food was also good, and we saw many fish while snorkeling. However, paying extra for parasailing felt like it wasn't worth it; it only lasted 2-3 minutes but cost 100 MYR per person.
