We had an amazing experience on the Mount Fuji tour. 🗻✨ Everything was smooth from the start, and we met our guide, 波木井花蓮 (Karen), easily at the designated meeting point. Karen was kind, organised, and explained everything clearly throughout the day. She shared helpful tips about each stop, how much time to spend, what to eat, and the best photo spots. 📸 Her recommendations really made the trip more enjoyable. The day went by so quickly because everything was so fun. We took lots of beautiful photos of Mount Fuji, and Karen was also happy to help take pictures of us. 🫶🏻 Highly recommend this tour. Andrew made the trip super fun and exciting. He had a lot of energy and was so excited to share all the different things about Mount Fuji with us. He made the trip very easy and gave a lot of suggestions for food and picture opportunities along the way. Great tour and so glad we booked!

if you're looking to take beautiful pics of Fuji then this is it, u don't have to worry about transportation, our driver Vincent was awesome,very helpful and accommodating, letting is know when a picture opportunity is coming up on the way to a location, there's also a nice stop with a museum and several with food, deserts and coffee, even with the last minute itennary change it was great, just be read to walk up 400 steps at one point. my wife took the pretty pictures but I'll include just mine

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

We had an incredible day with our tour guide, Keiko, and her assistant, Akari. The weather was perfect, and we could see Fuji-san at every stop. Keiko shared a clear and interesting introduction. The lunch she recommended was tasty and affordable, with no waiting. Everything was well organized, from the meeting point to the group chat. I loved capturing so many great photos, and the transportation was excellent. If I return to Tokyo, I would definitely book this tour again! 🥰

I can only say that this was a wonderful trip. Before my girlfriend and I booked this trip, we thought about it for a long time, checking the weather forecast every week. We only decided to book the pirate ship and ropeway package when we were really sure. At first, we didn't expect much because we had never been on a 1-day trip before. But after the trip, we can only say, "It was a very worthwhile 1-day trip." We visited many places as planned, and the sky was clear enough to see Mr. Fuji at Owakudani. Even though January 27, 2026 was very cold, we really enjoyed ourselves. And the hero of this trip was our guide, "Mr. Sakuragi." He took great care of everyone on the tour, recommending places and providing a lot of knowledge that we didn't know before. He communicated in English very well, which made tourists like us feel comfortable. We would like to thank Mr. Sakuragi and the bus driver for creating a great experience for us throughout the trip. We were really impressed. If you are deciding which trip to choose, we highly recommend this trip to everyone. 💖

The trip was really fun. Olivia was a great tour guide. she helped everyone take pictures and great recommendations. Due the weather, one of the activities for cancel. She offer help to get railway ticket back. Great experience overall.

I don't usually leave reviews, but it was so great that I wanted to recommend it to many Koreans. I hesitated a lot about booking the tour, but it was the most fulfilling and fun part of my Tokyo trip. It gets very crowded on weekends, so I deliberately booked it for a weekday, and I think it was a good choice. Everyone on the tour, from the Korean guide Grace to the people who joined the tour that day, were Korean, so it was really comfortable and enjoyable throughout the tour. I am especially grateful to Grace. She took care of all the tour members, from those who came alone to families of four or more, over 40 people in total, and she said that all that's left are the photos, so she took photos of each person with beautiful backgrounds. I will never forget her sincerity. The best thing was that she arranged the itinerary so that it didn't overlap much with other tour teams, so there weren't many people at each place our tour team went. Thanks to that thoughtfulness, I was able to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji for a long time with a very relaxed and comfortable feeling. Also, the tour bus we took had a huge panoramic window, so it was nice to be able to see the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji even while riding the bus. The driver was also good at driving and very nice. It was a really happy day, breathing in good air and making unforgettable memories. At the end, they even printed out our photos taken with Mount Fuji in the background and gave them to us as a gift, so I can't escape the emotion all day today. Thank you so much!!

Our guide, Mr. Yun, contacted us in advance and provided detailed information about the location and time. Although it rained and the weather was gloomy on the day of the trip, he guided us perfectly, making our trip comfortable and enjoyable. It was worth every penny. This trip is a great value for the money. Thanks to him, we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We took a lot of pictures, and it was a wonderful trip that will leave us with lasting memories. Be sure to visit the hot springs during the course. I highly recommend it!
