It was a great experience. The overall itinerary was good, and I really enjoyed the trip, even though it was raining and cloudy. The only thing I didn't like was the bus stop while going to Ha Long Bay, where we had to spend 30 minutes or more at the bamboo silk shop. It was inconvenient that we had to attend the session. I wanted to just rest on the bus, but it was not allowed, so we had to go through all their products and everything, which made it seem like we were forced to buy something.

Our experience with Sunlight Grand Day Cruise in Ha Long Bay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we boarded, the staff was warm, welcoming and well organized. The cruise was clean, spacious and comfortable, with large windows offering stunning views of the limestone karsts rising dramatically from the emerald waters.
The itinerary was perfectly planned. We enjoyed kayaking through calm waters, exploring beautiful caves and relaxing on the sundeck while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The lunch served on board was delicious with a good mix of Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian options, freshly prepared and nicely presented.
The guides were informative and friendly, sharing interesting facts about Ha Long Bay’s history and formations. Overall, Sunlight Grand Day Cruise offered excellent service, scenic beauty and a memorable family experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ha Long Bay.

Our Halong Bay tour was amazing, with stunning views of limestone cliffs and emerald waters. Sung Sot Cave was breathtaking with its magical rock formations, and Ti Top Island offered a rewarding climb to a panoramic view. The boat, food, and friendly staff made the whole experience smooth and unforgettable. Plus Tour leader “Lee” made our day amazing!!! Fully recommended!

This is so far the best cruise experience we had! Dolphine cruise was actually recommended by our friends and boy they were right! From the welcome drink to the luxurious ship interiors and 5-star quality buffet (lots of seafood!), there is no negative review I can say. I want to give a huge shout out to the cruise manager named Fatima for going above and beyond in making our experience the best. She and the rest of the staff (including Hau, tour guide) always make sure all the guests are having a great time and ensuringthe tour is organised. Dolphine cruise is definitely highly recommended and great value for money! Will definitely do again when I bring my family here.

This is a must when visiting Hanoi. How can you not say “No” to the amazing Halong Bay. The beautiful sunset, the surprising wonders of Sung Sot Cave and Lan Ha Bay will leave a imprint to everyone’s memory! Our guide Vincent made our day enjoyable and stress free. As a solo traveler I had a wonderful experience with the Halong Diamond 1-day cruise. Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off. The guide was friendly, informative, and made the long day enjoyable.
Ha Long Bay was absolutely stunning, and the itinerary was well balanced—cave visit, island stop, and time to relax on the boat. The buffet lunch was good with plenty of choices, and the cruise itself was clean and comfortable.
Yes, it’s a long day from Hanoi, but totally worth it if you only have one day to explore Ha Long Bay. Great value for money and highly recommended for first-timers! thank you so much Henry, Ben and the squad for a superb service!

we went to dragon park. super easy with klook tickets - no need to queue. 3 roller coasters was fun. godd kiddy section and lots of shaded areas throughout the park but don't forget sun protection. pretty good priced food and drinks inside. it was really quiet the day we went so no queues for anything!! while we were there we got tickets for the cable car from Klook- instant confirmation. cable car and mountain was really good and includes the cable car return ticket, toboggan/hillside rollercoaster thingy- which was really fun- try both tracks! it also includes the sun wheel- awesome views and entry to the Japanese gardens and bridge- again this place is great for photos with the harbor, boats, bridge and karst mountains in the background. we were there for the start of sunset. easiest and possibly cheapest way is with Klook. 🙂👍♥️🇻🇳

My husband and I were planning a free trip to Vietnam and decided on this product. There were many cheaper options and many types, so it was hard to choose, but we decided on this one because it had a big boat, delicious food, service, and even a live performance, and the result was very satisfying. I was worried about the weather, but there were a lot of clouds, so it wasn't too hot, and the sunlight was just right, so it was good for walking around. In particular, the young Halong Bay guide who escorted us from the bus spoke English well, looked nice, and gave us a friendly and helpful tour. We couldn't understand English, but thanks to the kind guides, it was a happy cruise trip. I want to come again next time. The last live performance on the cruise was really fantastic.
