As a Taiwanese person, this is a place you must visit once in your lifetime! This Jade Mountain trip was not just a climb, but more like a spiritual baptism. Many thanks to the three guides from Mountain Secret Realm – they were not only professional navigators leading us up the mountain, but also the warmest companions on this journey. From the early morning departure at Paiyun Lodge to finally stepping onto the stone steps of the main peak, every step had their careful reminders and encouragement. In the difficult sections, they patiently guided our pace and took care of the weaker members, ensuring everyone could safely and confidently reach the summit. The professional arrangements, the guides' experience, and their warm personalities made the entire journey safe, smooth, and full of emotion. Standing on the main peak watching the sunrise, I only had one thought: thank you to this mountain for allowing me to recognize my own insignificance and resilience. I paid an extra 150 NTD to upgrade to an electric bike. I'm glad I did because there were quite a few hills, so it might have been a little tough on a regular bike! The best thing was that there were several return locations. Google Maps only showed one location, but there were a total of 4 locations where you could return it. Easy procedure; show QR code to the shop owner. Do take note that the road can be quite dangerous as it has many up and down slopes. Be aware of the surroundings and drive safely. I recommend to only book this experience if you are confident is riding the electric scooter otherwise walking around the area is nice too.

Went twice because the first time there wasnt any wind, so landed in 4-5 minutes. Second time was 12 minutes Instructor Datong and everyone else there are very nice, kept telling me not to be afraid and trust him (im actually very scared of heights, but wanted to try this for a long time). Halfway through i actually told him dont go any higher 🤣 They will pick u up from bus drop off, and send u back to the bus stop after that. Your belongings will also be placed in the bag u are carrying while paragliding. He also sent me a little video edit that he did, which is so nice! Good experience 👍 those who are scared and looking theough reviews, just go for it!

The location is convenient, about a four-minute walk from the bus stop, and the directions are clear. The reception staff is friendly and courteous, and the introduction to the camp's facilities is very clear. The scenery from the campsite is beautiful. You can see the sunrise when you walk out of the tent in the morning, and stargazing at night is great. The environment and equipment of the tents, cooking tents, restrooms, and bathrooms are clean and complete. The public areas are well-lit at night, which is reassuring. The campsite also has many friendly and adorable cats, making it highly recommended.

The accommodation was beautiful, and the room type was unique, shaped like a carriage, giving a camping-like experience so there was no TV. However, there were plum blossoms and maple leaves outside the room, which were actually very beautiful to see when going out in the morning. It's a pity that the sky wasn't cooperative that night, so we didn't see the starry sky. Breakfast was a simple congee with side dishes, as well as homemade minced pork noodles and blanched vegetables. There weren't many varieties, but it was very satisfying.
