The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous! There's an aquarium right at the entrance with tons of beautiful fish. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we were very satisfied with the recreational facilities. There's a thrilling water slide and a relaxing leisure park, making it suitable for both seniors and children. The service is courteous and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

Great experience, park was amazing, show was perfect, entrance was smooth, no line, price via klook is cheaper, vip seat are just in the middle of all actions, definitely recommend.

This Klook experience was absolutely amazing! The customized service truly exceeded expectations. We initially had some vague ideas about our trip, but the customization coordinator listened to our needs and interests very patiently. We love cultural exploration and authentic cuisine, and she then tailored a perfect itinerary for us, including some niche hidden gems and off-peak time slots that we hadn't even considered. The entire communication process was efficient and considerate; the customization coordinator's responses were always prompt and professional. Thanks to her careful planning, we saved a lot of time on research, and the whole trip was incredibly smooth, maximizing the experience!

Went to the water park, the weather wasn't great, but overall it wasn't cold. Tried out all the slides, liked everything, especially the capsule slides where the floor drops out. Didn't eat on the premises, it was expensive. Bought towels separately for 38 yuan for two, locker was 40 + 20 yuan deposit. Everything was great, we adults were as happy as children 🥰

Very convenient, no need to Q to buy tickets, no need to exchange tickets.
Look out for 2 separate QR codes from klook, one for the entrance one for the shuttle bus(mini-tram). Both work great. Went early around 8am-ish and not much crowd yet. From 9.30am onwards the tour groups arrive and it gets busier. The main entrance has traffic restrictions so taxi may not be able to send u there directly. However, there is a 2-ways free shuttle bus from the P2 parking lot area to the main entrance square.
