im glad we decided to book the shuttle bus to and from everland because commuting would be a hassle! it was easy to redeem and the bus is easy to locate. it arrives and departs on time as well

This is very convenient to buy, use, and follow. After buying this, you just have to locate the booth and get the physical tickets, locate the platform, give the tickets, and board the bus then you’re good. In going to the airport, just go from your pick up stop and then just give the ticket and board the bus again. No hassle at all.

Good experience riding the KTX train to Busan. Booked earlier for seat reservation. No need for physical ticket exchange - all via online using their Korail App.

Our driver, Mr. Jinlong, arrived at the hotel on time today to pick up our family and take us to Everland. He provided very clear explanations throughout the trip, and was very thoughtful on the way back. Thank you, Klook, for arranging such an excellent driver!

Our Nami Island tour was a much-needed trip away from the city-scene! It was so nice for our family to enjoy the cable cars, rail bikes, and island trip away from crowds -- it was all so refreshing! Special shoutout for our tour guide, BOB!! He was so sweet and nice, and was such a highlight of our trip! He really helped us throughout the trip: he planned everything with our preferences in mind, communicated so kindly, gave us insider tips, and accommodated our schedules! He gave us such great recommendations ~ we had so much fun and highly recommend Bob as a tour guide! It was really cool to experience the cable car with a glass floor, along with the scenery at the top. It's a manageable family-friendly hike with an impressive and rewarding view at the top. Our second experience, the rail bike, is an easy and enjoyable ride! Lastly, going to Nami Island was such a great way to interact with nature, animals, and history! Great experience, thanks to Bob!

Dora was the best tour guide I had in Korea! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable—especially when it comes to history—and made everyone feel comfortable and happy throughout the tour. She guided us every step of the way and even went down to the 3rd Tunnel with us, which made the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this tour, and if you get Dora as your guide, you’re absolutely all set. She’s truly the GOAT!

Our driver Chaeyon Lee was the best❤️ She was very accomodating before the trip up until our drop off. She even booked our entrance fees beforehand and even call the restaurants to cook our meal to save some time. She also initiated to take our pictures. Will book this next time when we go back in Korea. Very recommended❤️✨
