We hadden een geweldige ervaring met onze chauffeur. De communicatie was uitstekend en hij reageerde altijd snel. Hij raadde ook plaatsen aan om te bezoeken en restaurants om te proberen, wat onze reis nog beter maakte. Zeer, zeer aanbevolen. We zouden zeker in de toekomst weer bij hen boeken!

Our Nami Island tour was a much-needed trip away from the city-scene! It was so nice for our family to enjoy the cable cars, rail bikes, and island trip away from crowds -- it was all so refreshing! Special shoutout for our tour guide, BOB!! He was so sweet and nice, and was such a highlight of our trip! He really helped us throughout the trip: he planned everything with our preferences in mind, communicated so kindly, gave us insider tips, and accommodated our schedules! He gave us such great recommendations ~ we had so much fun and highly recommend Bob as a tour guide! It was really cool to experience the cable car with a glass floor, along with the scenery at the top. It's a manageable family-friendly hike with an impressive and rewarding view at the top. Our second experience, the rail bike, is an easy and enjoyable ride! Lastly, going to Nami Island was such a great way to interact with nature, animals, and history! Great experience, thanks to Bob!

Onze chauffeur Chaeyon Lee was de beste❤️ Ze was zeer behulpzaam, van vóór de reis tot aan onze afzet. Ze boekte zelfs onze toegangskaartjes van tevoren en belde zelfs de restaurants om onze maaltijd te bereiden om tijd te besparen. Ze nam ook het initiatief om foto's van ons te maken. Zullen dit de volgende keer boeken als we teruggaan naar Korea. Zeer aanbevolen❤️✨

The operator was very prompt in giving instructions on the meeting point. As it would be crowded after the concert, they chose a convenient location that was far from the crowd. Our driver, Mr William Lee, was very accomodating. We had to urgently look for a toilet so we had to walk away from the meeting point, and he kindly came to where we were. Along the way he also ensured that we were comfortable. Oh and we also received some gifts from the company. That was a pleasant surprise!
