Sherry was an amazing tour guide during our ski trip in Elysian! She was very attentive and patient with all our needs, especially as beginners. She made sure we were comfortable and always provided clear instructions, which really helped us feel confident and enjoy the experience. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience during our Snowy Land Vivaldi Park tour! Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our tour guide, Branden, was very diligent, professional, and attentive to everyone in the group. He gave clear instructions, patiently assisted us, and made sure we were safe and comfortable in the snowy weather. Because of him, our winter adventure was fun and completely stress-free. Thank you, for making our Snowy Land experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Highlight of our korea trip. Very exciting and fun trip. Stopped at eobi ice village to take some photos and sightseeing. Went to ski suit rental shop after, rented ski suit and helmets. Arrived at ski resort after. Even as a first timer, booked the lift option together with the basic lesson. Trainer kevin was amazing and helped very much as we were a small group of 3. He was also friendly and funny. 5 stars for him. Lift option was great choice because you can explore 2 more beginner slopes compared to the moving walk. Also taking the lift was very exciting. Pick up and drop off was very convenient at main areas in seoul city centre.

This tour was both fun and exciting! It was our first time trying skiing, and our tour guide, Jun, did his best to patiently teach us—though I guess we’re not all that sporty yet, haha! After the tour, he even recommended some of the best places to eat around the Myeongdong area, which we truly appreciated. Jun was also very easy to understand since he’s fluent in English, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Tour guide: Tour guide Jasmine is a great person! Very professional and her Mandarin is very standard! Although there are some add-on itineraries, there is some subtle pressure. But the other parts are great! Jasmine is the best! Ski equipment: There are quite a few ski clothes to choose from, and they are also very clean. Experience: There were too many people during the Lunar New Year holiday, and the entire ski slope was full of people. It was difficult for beginners because you had to keep dodging people who suddenly stopped or walked uphill on the ski slope...

Our tour guide Ki is very helpful and kind especially with our Ski tour! What a great experience!

It's our honour to meet such excellent coaches - Leo & Dean who gave us a memorable Chinese New Year. Absolutely had fun and will come back to join if any chance in future. Every staff are well support during the journey & We did have a great time.

On this trip, we were guided by Patrick who was very informative and attentive to all members. He was punctual, and since we happened to bring our two children, Patrick was very caring to our family. Thank you, Patrick. We were very satisfied with this trip. Klook was very helpful for our trip to Elysian & Eobi. Unfortunately, the time at Eobi was too short.
