Purchasing tickets in advance on Klook is still more cost-effective than buying them on the spot. The platform's customer service is very considerate. Due to severe traffic jams on the road, I needed to temporarily change the time. Through the platform's customer service arrangement, it was quick and appropriate. It was a memorable trip for our family. We really enjoyed feeding the animals right from the car. The show (dolphins, tigers) were amazing. Special thanks to our guide Pak Wildan. Very friendly and helpful. Pick up at the hotel was on time and he safely drove us throughout the journey until we returned to the hotel. He guided us so that we did not miss any of the animal show. Overall it was a very nice experience. Only the weather was not on our side as it was raining the whole day.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience for our Private Bandung Tour with Desi! Our transport to all of the locations were very smooth, and Desi shared with us her wealth of information of all of the locations we had went to - she truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience, and was tried her best to answer all of our questions. Would recommend this if you are looking to explore the outdoors while visiting Bandung (and staying at Jakarta)!

Jakarta Aquarium & Safari is a gem! Stunning Ocean Walkway, playful sea lions, and touchable rays. Fun shows, clean vibe, bit crowded on weekends. Great for families! 4.5/5 stars, worth IDR 250k.

The place is beautiful. Seeing the citylights of Jakarta is such a wonderful experience. Also the staffs they are very accomodating. In Sha Allah we will definitely come back here with our family & friends. Mabuhay from Philippines.

Needed this ticket in order for us to get to Dunia Fantasi. Since we come here using grab car, so we just buy the individual entrance ticket. Easy to be used. Just show the QR to the Kakak at entrance. Works well! We had fun spending the whole day in Dunia Fantasi in Ancol.

unexpectly, this surpassed our expectation. while some of the play areas were closed for renovation, we totally enjoyed everything we rode on.. some of the rides can be compared to HK disney and SG Ustudio and really fun. if your visiting jakarta, u must not skip this.

very informative exhibitions about Indonesian history from pre historic, to pre democracy and modern era. exhibits had write ups in Bahasa Indonesian and English. guided tours were als available at scheduled times of the week.
