Rich coconut curries, wok‑fried noodles and fragrant rice dishes take centre stage—think beef rendang, chicken curry, char kway teow and Hainanese chicken rice.
Live noodle stations, satay skewers with peanut sauce and nostalgic desserts like gula melaka sago complete a spread that’s hearty, soulful and deeply satisfying.

Reviews
I'd been wanting to try the dinner buffet at Yamm ever since I saw a YouTuber review it, so when I found a discount on Klook, I booked a table right away. All the food was delicious. The abalone and fish maw were tender and flavorful. They even had scallops for sashimi, which is quite rare. The cold appetizer selection was extensive, featuring lobster, bread crab, crab legs, razor clams, lobster claws, clams, mussels, snails, and more. The wagyu claypot rice, wagyu sukiyaki, and roast beef were all excellent. The char siu was lean yet juicy, and the Peking duck was also tasty. They offered grilled prawns, tempura, and foie gras toast. The dessert variety was impressive; you could even add red beans to your tofu pudding, which looked and tasted great. There was a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including juices, self-serve iced and hot lemon tea, coffee, and a coffee machine for various coffee drinks. The ice cream was individual cups of Häagen-Dazs. I wanted to go back for more of so many dishes, but my stomach was already full. I haven't had such a delicious buffet in a long time. The restaurant was well-staffed, plates were cleared quickly, and each food counter had dedicated personnel, so no one person was serving multiple counters. Food was refilled promptly, so there was no rush to grab items before they ran out, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Full marks!
good food and good cny vibe for this occasion. we have enjoyed so much for the food and warm service. good selection of food and the money for value is great !! definitely will have more try out for special events in YAMM !
I participated in Klook's event and got a buy one get one free offer. I haven't gone to Yamm for dinner in a long time, but I didn't expect that there are still a lot of seafood choices tonight, especially French oysters, which are not the usual buffet items and have better varieties. Other lobsters, etc. are just okay. In terms of hot plates, the grilled lamb rack is another outstanding dish today. The grill is very tender, juicy and the tempura maintains its consistent high level. The sashimi is pretty good too, with a lot to choose from and my favorite, salmon roe. Their barbecued pork is also very good and the stewed soup is not to be missed. There are relatively few types of desserts, but their macarons are very delicious. If there is a discount, it will still be very satisfying to eat here. Highly recommended!
There was a wide array of food options available. The sashimi selection, including scallop, shrimp, octopus, salmon, and yellowtail, stood out as particularly delightful. When it came to cold seafood, my recommendations would be the whelk, mussels, and lobster claw. The sea cucumber and fish maw soup surprised me with the large pieces of sea cucumber and fish maw contained within. The Peking duck served with pancakes was flavorful, but the duck could have been crispier and more oily to enhance the overall experience. Additionally, the lobster baked with cheese, along with the free flow of wine, fruit juices, fruit punch, coffee, and tea, contributed to a lavish dining experience. A cup of latte or cappuccino at the end of the meal left a satisfying note. The waffles were both crispy and delicious. However, the dessert section may have been the weakest link, lacking a wide variety of choices.
The food variety is surprising, the seafood and fish are so fresh, and the long-legged crab is my favorite. The porridge was served on Shiwo, with sea clams added. It was hot and delicious. I ate two bowls. The tempura juice is heated, which is very good for enhancing the taste of the food. The hot-melted cheese is also special and has a rich flavor. It goes well with the garlic in the cheese area. I am a bread lover. It would be better if there was an oven near the bread area for reheating. I like the bread in this hotel. It would be nice if I could put it in the cake cabinet at the front desk and buy it. In terms of drinks, there is champagne, TW tea bags are also high-end, and the orange juice is delicious. Salads, dim sum, barbecued food, and sliced duck are all very attractive, but it's a pity that they can't fit in my stomach. I can come again next time. Only the cakes and desserts didn’t feel too attractive, the tofu ice cream was better. The wait staff takes the initiative to collect the dishes, and the buffet area staff are also polite. They will invite guests to get food and actively help get hot soup. Thank you to the staff member Bryan for the birthday cake, small gifts and smile. His enthusiasm for work is worthy of praise. The restaurant has a high floor, comfortable seats, and a good overall atmosphere. It was my first time to visit this restaurant, and it also left a happy memory for my birthday. I hope the high praise can be maintained and I will recommend it to my friends to give it a try.
I bought a coupon during Double Eleven, and today I went to eat at the weekend burch buffet. It was really a surprise. I didn’t expect the area to be big, but the food was rich in variety. The seafood cold dishes include lobster claws, long-legged crab 🤩 Baked lobster, sea cucumber and shark fin soup dumplings, Japanese section scallops, squid, tuna, and salmon. There are many hot food options. The Chinese section has various steamed snacks and fried foods. Western options include egg Benedict, truffle eggs, Swiss melted cheese, various freshly cut steaks, and desserts including Hagan daz ice cream with pandan waffle 😍 Purple potato sago, fragrant pear and ginger custard, champagne, various cocotail or mocktail freeflow , tea has a TW section 💖💖💖 but the staff seems to be nervous, that may be the only drawback
My friend and I celebrated our birthdays, which are in the same month. We booked an afternoon tea buffet. The theme was durian, with many durian-based dishes and desserts. The most popular item seemed to be the durian puree, as there was always a line whenever I passed by. Other food items were also very fresh and constantly refilled. The hotel restaurant was exceptionally clean. When reconfirming the booking, I might have mentioned it was for a birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a small cake. The staff also proactively offered to take our picture. This was a happy and satisfying experience.
Better than I expected. The time might have been a bit short, but the food quality and ambiance were truly excellent. They even surprised me with a small birthday cake. Such a thoughtful gesture really made the birthday feel extra special. The seafood selection wasn't extensive, but it was incredibly fresh, and there was beef among the cooked dishes. The Lanzhou noodles were the best; the chef did a fantastic job. The durian-themed food was decent, but having whole durian pieces would have been a nice bonus. Eating in Hong Kong is definitely convenient, and food safety is certainly guaranteed.
