This is our third time coming to this evening buffet in the past two years! The food quality, variety, and presentation are all very appealing! First, the seating is spacious and not too cramped, so you don't have to worry about not having room to move after a big meal! The food stations are also well-arranged with plenty of space, allowing everyone to queue and select their food in an orderly manner. Last night, we also had a pleasant surprise: everyone received a complimentary non-alcoholic welcome drink. While waiting to get food, as we walked around, the chefs were busy arranging the dishes but still took the time to introduce some new additions, such as lamb skewers! Additionally, this time the theme was 'Taste of Macau,' so there were also famous Macanese dishes like beef offal... This dinner was also to celebrate a family birthday, which we mentioned when making the reservation! The restaurant not only provided a public space for the birthday person to take photos with a large Napoleon cake but also prepared a small birthday cake for them. If you can't enjoy it during the meal, you can take it home. Experience: Full of ceremony Food Taste: A wide variety of food and cooking techniques, offering plenty of choices Price: Booked through Klook, selecting the appropriate discount; this time we enjoyed a 35% discount. Service: The staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces. Restaurant Environment: Full of atmosphere, neat and tidy.
I booked a lunch buffet to celebrate my birthday with my family. It was a great surprise to have a set-up birthday cake with live music and professional staff to take photo and video! I did not expect that as the staff on the phone told me that the birthday cake would only be available for dinner buffet. I am very impressed by the good and friendly service of the catering staff who manage to collect the finished plate very efficiently. Food in lunch buffet was not too impressive except the fish. In general, there’s no long queues for food and the refill was fast. It would be better if more seafood types could be available.
The restaurant was at full capacity, and the food selection was good. Staff were quick to clear dishes, and the chefs were enthusiastic and polite. Due to the limited space, although they managed to fit in a lot of food options, the tables were a bit small and close together. In the middle of the dining area, there was a birthday cake celebration for guests to take photos, and someone played the guitar and sang birthday songs to add to the atmosphere. After the photos, a bell rang, and everyone could line up to get a mixed fruit Napoleon birthday cake, which tasted quite good. The best dishes that evening were the grilled ox tongue skewers and the Thai cucumber and abalone dish, which each person received a plate of. Most of the time, the Royal Garden buffet is in an enclosed space with few window seats. I was so happy to get a window seat tonight, allowing me to watch the Victoria Harbour laser show at 8 PM.
My husband's birthday was on March 31st, and our family celebrated by booking the [Limited-Time Offer: Up to 35% Off] Dinner Buffet, featuring king crab, lobster, boiled seafood, and mixed fruit Napoleon, with live music performance. The chilled lobster was the best dish, with fresh and flavorful meat 😋. The selection of chilled seafood was decent, and there were many choices for hot dishes, sashimi, sushi, desserts, ice cream, and drinks. Each person received a special serving of fish maw and abalone. The sashimi was the most disappointing part of the evening; every type was flavorless 🥲. There was a live piano performance, but unfortunately, it was too noisy to hear clearly. The dinner buffet included a signature Napoleon cake for birthday photos and to enhance the celebratory atmosphere. Experience: 👌👌👌 Service: 👌👌👌👌 Food Taste: 👌👌👌👌 Restaurant Ambiance: 👌👌👌 Price: 👌👌👌👌
The restaurant boasts an elegant and comfortable ambiance, with friendly service. The food selection is diverse and delicious. I especially enjoyed the lobster, chilled shrimp, and sashimi. Each person also gets a limited serving of shiitake mushroom with abalone and fish maw, which was very flavorful. The Chinese soups are also excellent, and the steamed fish and spicy crab were hot and flavorful. There's a good variety of cakes and desserts, and the ice cream is Haagen-dazs. For snacks, there are even egg waffles, along with unlimited canned sodas, juices, and coffee from a coffee machine. I really enjoyed this buffet.
It's been a long time since I had a buffet, and this experience was very enjoyable. First of all, the overall quality of the food was high. Among the seafood, the lobster and snow crab legs were the most delicious. The meat was not mushy, and it felt quite fresh. The sushi and sashimi were a pleasant surprise, especially the seared sushi, which was all fresh and had a rich texture. In addition, the pandan pancakes for dessert were decent, while the other hot dishes were average. The most memorable was the ribeye steak, which was tender and delicious. In addition, the dining experience was excellent. The waiters constantly cleared your plates to avoid interfering with your meal. The environment is beautiful. The Royal Garden Hotel has a long history, and the maintenance is still at a 5-star standard. There was also a musical performance during the meal, and the singer interacted with the people in the audience, so it wasn't boring. My favorite part was taking pictures with the Napoleon cake. The whole family could take pictures together, and the singer would sing to add to the fun. If someone in your family has a birthday, you must bring them here to celebrate, because it is truly unforgettable. The only drawback was the black rainstorm in the morning. I contacted Klook customer service online to ask if the date could be changed if there was a black rainstorm in the evening. Customer service said they would ask, but they still hadn't replied by dinner time. I think Klook needs to improve the quality of its customer service. Even if the activity cannot be changed, they should still reply to the customer's situation.
The variety of food was excellent, and everything tasted delicious and fresh. The staff were attentive, polite, and very helpful, proactively offering to take our birthday cake and assisting with group photos. Thumbs up! The only minor drawback was that our assigned table was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the air conditioning unit. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back!
Decent quality lunch buffet with fresh seafood like crab claws and sea whelk, and sushi of course. Healthy fruits like watermelon, melons, pineapples and good variety of dessert pastries including Haagen Daz ice cream. The only negative is the poor acoustics and loud noises in the dining area despite the live piano performance
The food quality is very high, whether it's cold dishes or popular hot items, everything is delicious. Lobster and jade snails are a must-try. Although they are quickly taken by everyone, you'll see them replenished quickly, so there's no need to worry or rush. 😐 For Japanese cuisine, remember to get the seared beef, it's great. Also, there's a daily offering of oyster sauce with jade-colored fish maw and abalone, which is delicious. My absolute top recommendation is the desserts at the Royal Garden, all the cakes are made to a very high standard, remember to eat the palmiers (butterfly pastries) 😋
The environment is comfortable and clean, the staff provides good service, and there is a wide variety of food, including sashimi, lobster, king crab, and cold shrimp. The cooked dishes are also delicious. In addition, each guest receives a serving of fish maw, shiitake mushrooms, and abalone. What I found most memorable were the desserts; there were many types and styles of desserts, and I loved every one of them. This buffet dinner was very good for me.
