Very easy to find the counter inside the airport. after the immigration you just need to pass another exit before you see the klook booth. The internet is stable along our stay in HK. It cannot used in Macau though.

Easy to redeem in hongkong international airport and the signal is stable. If the sim can't get a signal for the mobile data, restart your mobile device like I did.

very convenient. travel companion. plug and play item. just insert your sim, and it automaticall gets activated. it also comes with sim ejector, so no need to worry for those who have not brought theirs. when topping up, make sure to activate data roaming as it does not automatically activate for top ups.

The internet can be fast enough to use and surf a long the day. However, it’s almost impossible to do other thing such as, uploading photo or video, rather than chatting from my hotel room on the 32 floor. Overall, value for money. Once arrived at airport, just find counter number as guided in Klook app and show the booking to get your sim card, fast and easy!
