I made a reservation on the day and went there. Before departure, the boat was rocking a lot while it was anchored at the pier, so I was worried about what would happen, but after departure, there was some rocking, but it was within the acceptable range. Some people were feeling sick and were given bags. I thought 45 minutes was short, but since the Symphony of Lights itself was 10 minutes, I was able to enjoy it for 45 minutes. I could enjoy the night view from the boat, and the breeze was nice. Drinks were provided: water, beer, and winter melon juice. Before departure, there was someone smoking on the boat, and I don't know if it was that person, but someone seemed to have thrown a cigarette butt from the second floor deck, and a staff member came up to the second floor and said that the paper at the rear of the first floor had caught fire, and he was angry, but of course! The fire was put out immediately, but if it had continued to burn, it would have been a disaster. Isn't the boat a no-smoking boat? I would like to ask for it to be strictly enforced.
Great experience and view. Nice and helpful staffs. Thought such activity may be difficult for elderly, but saw them carefully helping elderly board and alight 👍
This time, due to Typhoon Signal No. 3, the fireworks in Victoria Harbor were stopped and the yachts were unable to move. However, Zoe, a staff member at Firefly Tours, was considerate and prompt in providing reminders and assisting with refund procedures. I look forward to taking the Firefly Cruises yacht to enjoy the fireworks on my next trip to Hong Kong🎆. Thank you 😊
The service attitude of the staff on the ship is very friendly and they will help introduce what to pay attention to during the eight o'clock light show. Although the light show is a bit difficult to understand, the staff's photography skills are perfect. It rained heavily that night, and there were people helping me get on and off the boat. I felt it was very safe. It was an unforgettable experience.
it was gorgeous experience. the view is amazing . but the snacks is not good, not much and the drinks is quite ok thou.
I really can't help but be disappointed. The name of this product is “Hong Kong Tour-Symphony of Light,” but I couldn’t even hear the “ㅇ” in the music. They didn't play any music at all, and although there were drinks and refreshments included in the tour, they only gave me a bottle of water. If you're just going to take a boat ride and see the night view, why did you pay 10,000 won more and call it Hong Kong Tour? This is the height of fraud!!!!!
