Great
The room and the bathroom was clean however, the showers did not drain well and if you kept the water running for one minute, it would overflow into the bathroom floor so we have to turn off frequently. The room didn’t have a small fridge watch in the summertime, I believe it is in necessity. The reception was on the fifth floor and the elevator was out of order for the most part. Other than that, it was clean and staff were very friendly and it was right on the edge of the city center, which made it about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the main attractions.

Fantastic
Great location... very convenient to the train station. The staff was very friendly. The family style room with three beds was perfect for our family of 4 for the night before our flight home.

Stayed with kids

The pictures online did not really match our room. Regardless, the property was clean, beds were super comfy. There are multiple hotels within the hotel. Reception was on 5th floor and our room was on the 1st floor. Every time we left the property we had to bring the key to reception and retrieve it upon returning. Property is close to train but further from center of Rome. Walking was fine but it was a heat wave.

Stayed with family

Convenient walk to Roma Termini! Like 3 minutes. Amazing Air conditioning for hot summer days in Rome. The room was simple and sufficient for the price. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They would retrieve us a taxi each day very easily. We had breakfast free each day that was very tasty.

Stayed with family

Nice hotel in a good location, in a building with an elevator. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast consisted of a croissant, coffee, and juice that were brought to the room (i.e., there is no breakfast room with a selection of items).
