Entering the hotel was so calm and inviting. Staff greeted us with smile and happy faces, they were so friendly and accommodating. The room was big and spacious for a 2 person, but the room rate was enough for an overnight stay as it was on sale due to an sports event in the city. The location itself is great as it was located on the closer to the opposite side of the Southern cross station and nearby tram station. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

This is a late review. But i love this place, its a great place to stay and relax. Great reception, service and view from the place. Definitely worst the stay and will definitely visit again.

Fantastic for stopover after overnight flight. Room was quiet with no plane noise even though close to the airport. Free shuttle to airport takes only 10 minutes. Lovely big shower and bed very comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Restaurant on sight is handy for a quick bite in the evening. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Excellent service, all staff were so friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels to stay in Melbourne. Stayed at Miami hotel twice and never failed. Will for sure stay at Miami for my next visit and will recommended all to Miami hotel

excellent location within 3minutes walking distance to tram stop in the free tram zone and 5minutes to little bourke st(chinatown)
no parking on-site but the hotel has a deal with a covered carpark within 5minutes walking distance.
room was not big but comfy and very new as well as nicely designed shower. only felt that the shower water pressure was a little low.
staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times and check-in/out process was seamless.
definitely worth staying and great deal for the location.
