very easy to check in. nice hotel near the hakone yumoto station. just walk around 3 minutes and you'll be there by the hotel. took the room with private onsen. really satisfied with the room facilities.

This was such a great stay! The place is beautiful and charming. The staff were so friendly and everything you needed was available. The dinner and breakfast too were so delicious and plentiful, you truly get your money's worth. Very near the train station as well.
Our one complaint may be with the private bath in the hotsprings. The one we were in had two baths and one filled up relatively quickly while the other had very weak water so we ended up just taking turns in the one bath. But other than that, this place was great! The private bath in the rooms themselves were amazibg.

very scenic place for onsen and sight seeing. the location is walkable from the Hakone-Yumoto train station but you can arrange for pick up once you reach the train station. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too.

this was a an extremely excellent experience but I could not recommend you book through klook as they failed to provide any of the access codes needed to check-in fortunately we managed to sneak in with another group so we were able to contract staff to get assistance we our check in.
