Overall experience was great, ate the hotel breakfast for 5 days and due to the variety of dishes, we did not get tired of the food! The room was quite small, and I don't like carpet within the bedroom due to cleanliness issues, but the room cleaning service was good as long as you put up the request. Unfortunately, the pillows provided (2 per person) were super flat the moment you laid down on it, and they could only give us 1 extra. Nonetheless, staff were fantastic and helpful!

10/10! Loved the ambience, the style of the rooms, and the service. The staff were so very helpful and kind. The location is also very good and ideal, especially since it's near Dotonbori! Overall, had a very wonderful experience! Would love to go there again!

Perfect location and area to stay, very near to yodoyabashi station.Very accessible for a stroller user (elevator to station is near also). Drawbacks are minor, such as no free drink and room cleaning mark must be put by 8am. Laundry service is very busy, my clothes are not fully dry after 3 drying session. But it's great that you can watch live usage of the machine on your room TV.

Perfect location, great room. As a family of four we got two adjoining rooms with single beds. it was great and really spacious. We did a full day at the park and then the next day checked out, left our luggage and spent the day in the city.

room is fabulous for japanese and my family was amazed at the space in the family room. loved the availability of 6 beds in the room with enough space to pack our luggages. about 15 mins walk to Universal studio or 1 train ride away. train station at doorstep and this helped alot in the cold weather. very good.public bath that helped to provide relief at end of busy day and the breakfast spread is impressive. definitely book a room with the breakfast if can

Good budget hotel. Rooms are quote small so make sure you got that in mind before booking here (double bed room). Close to a really good Vietnamese restaurant!
