Hotel was a bit dated. The spa is outdoor so when it rained, you cannot enjoy it well. Good thing is it opens till 2am. Some road work nearby. Relatively quiet neighborhood otherwise.

The room is very impressive, spacious, clean and has complete amenities. The bed are firm and sheets comgorter are smooth and comfortable. The room is quiet and sound proof. The aircon is perfectly positioned, that the air is not focused on the bed which makes it even a plus.

Very good location and easy to access, just walk 3 min from subway station. Very close to tourism location by walk such as Hakata Riverain , Tenjin station, Kawabata Shopping Arcade , Canal City , Kushida Shrine etc.

This hotel is in a super convenient location! It was our first hotel in Fukuoka, and it didn’t disappoint. Just one subway stop from Hakata Station to Kushida Shrine Station, with an escalator at Exit 5. As soon as you step out and look back, you’ll spot the hotel.
The first floor features a public bath that’s incredibly clean, we bathed every night! Plus, there are free popsicles to enjoy. There’s also a café with snacks and beer available for purchase.
The room size was just right. The hotel provides shampoo and body wash that are wonderfully moisturizing, leaving hair and skin feeling great. And of course, there’s a smart TV for connecting to YouTube.
Across from the hotel, there’s a Family Mart and Charichari bikes, perfect for grabbing snacks or cycling to nearby attractions.

This marks our second reservation following a previous visit to Fukuoka last year. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the hotel's proximity to our day tour's pickup point was highly convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Fukuoka.
