Very good location and easy to access, just walk 3 min from subway station. Very close to tourism location by walk such as Hakata Riverain , Tenjin station, Kawabata Shopping Arcade , Canal City , Kushida Shrine etc. the important is I got the best price from Klook. Hahaha . It’s so Goodddd.
