1. First Impressions & Check-In
The lobby is inviting, with a clean, modern design that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The staff were extremely friendly, offering assistance in both English and Mandarin. They provided a thorough explanation of the amenities, meal times, and other useful information without it feeling overwhelming. I was also given complimentary refreshments as I waited—a thoughtful gesture after a long journey.

The place is amazing! It's our first time in Taiwan and the hotel staffs are nice and very accommodating with our questions and requests. The room that we got is clean and we get fresh towels and slippers + hygiene kits every day. Breakfast's amazing too. The only con however is the 'thin' ceiling? You can hear the stomping of feet above you. All in all, highly recommended :)))

It was a pleasant stay as before. The snack bar and the dinner is simple but enough to satisfy us. The breakfast is abundant with bread toast and some local delicacy. Save us time and energy from going out wondering what to eat.
