We had a wonderful stay at Airline Inn Taipei Ximen. The location is unbeatable. It's right near MRT Exit 2 and Exit 3, making it incredibly easy to get around. It's also just a short walk (only 2 stop lights away!) from the heart of Ximending.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly accommodating. A huge thank you for noticing my note about our honeymoon. They surprised us with a room upgrade, which we truly appreciated! It made our 1st anniversary trip even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei!

The hotel is great, easy to access from the mrt train station and boasts a hotspring bath in every hotel room! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout to the hotel massage therapist (I think her name is Shirlene) for relaxing my tensed shoulder muscles!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Papa Whale Hotel! The location is fantastic, with easy access to the MRT, making it convenient to explore Taipei and beyond. Plus, many popular tourist spots are nearby, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable sightseeing experience. Breakfast is awesome and rooms are very comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for accessibility and convenience!

hotel location: very convenient location, near taipei main train station. Lots of restaurants and convenience store nearby such as 711 and FamilyMarts, theres also nearby Starbucks, Mcdonalds ans Yoshiniyo nearby aside from local food stores. Shopping is also not a problem as there is an H&M, Uniqlo and Adidas Stores apart from the Department Store just beside the hotel. No need to transfer from MRT from Taoyuan International Airport.

Great location — just a short walk from the MRT station, with malls and shopping areas nearby. The room was clean and comfy, and the view from the higher floors was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable too. Overall, a really pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a great location, only a 5-minute walk from Taipei Main Station. There are numerous convenience stores nearby, so you don’t need to worry about snacks, drinks, or anything else. There are several massage places, and personally, I would recommend 尊足足體養生會館.
Just a few minor things that the hotel management needs to pay attention to:
1. The hot water supply in the bathroom is quite difficult to control and is not stable. During the shower, the water can suddenly become very hot.
2. The towels are a bit worn and dated; maybe it’s time to replace them.

This hotel never fails us! We first booked here in 2024 and loved it so much that we came back again in 2025. Same amenities, same great service! The place is cozy, comfy, and clean. I also get so giddy knowing they always have L'Occitane products for hair and bath.
There was a bit of a leak in the bathtub, but it never affected our overall stay. Still highly recommended!
