The place is great! Not too crowded, very picturesque (pools, beach, the “cliff” near our rooms), had a number of pools and they are big. Alao have a wide selection of restaurants, staff are very helpful/accommodating! Food is great! Breakfast buffet is so good and the floating breakfast is loooove, a must-try!!! Spa was such a great experience!! Me and my girls had so fund fun and relaxation! Definitely recommend this!

I stayed for three nights and four days and the facilities were clean. The staff were all friendly. However, there were many options for breakfast, but the taste was not good. The beach food and beverages I ordered at the pool were also not great.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel's facilities and amenities are excellent, and the staff are all very polite and courteous. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bali. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Arpurva Kempinski. We were awed by the impressive architecture and beautiful grounds of this hotel and the impeccable service from the staff. Special shoutout to Adi, the supervisor in-charge at Reef beach restaurant for making sure we were satisfied with our shrimp linguine after we gave feedback.
