We loved the stay.big room with ocean view is so perfect.good food, very nice service and good value for money .if ever we will go for holiday again in bali we will stay in this hotel again and again.😍😍

first time to nusa dua. the hotel beach is nice. hotel is slightly dated but very nice. it’s huge so takes like 15 mins to walk from reception to beach.

無可挑剔，感謝飯店幫我們升等房型，並準備的很多小驚喜和貼心的服務，讓我跟先生的三週年紀念及生日慶祝擁有非常難忘且美好的回憶，乾淨整潔的房間、美麗的沙灘及夜景，還有慶祝的迎賓水果、蛋糕、房內的佈置，而且在我們吃晚餐的餐廳又再次準備了慶祝蛋糕，並贈送下午茶及雞尾酒，讓我們覺得備感尊榮！

My stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly unforgettable. The resort’s architecture is breathtaking, blending traditional Indonesian design with modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning ocean views. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean—it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was extensive, with both local and international options that catered to every taste.

Il personale è stato molto professionale e gentile. Abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno. Tuttavia, la stanza sapeva un po' di umido quando siamo entrati per la prima volta. Suggerirei ai futuri ospiti di soggiornare nella torre sul lato della scogliera, è più vicina alle piscine e al mare.
