first time to nusa dua. the hotel beach is nice. hotel is slightly dated but very nice. it’s huge so takes like 15 mins to walk from reception to beach.

Flawless! We're so grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room and preparing so many delightful surprises and thoughtful services. They made our three-year anniversary and birthday celebration an incredibly memorable and wonderful experience. The room was clean and tidy, the beach and night view were beautiful, and there were celebratory welcome fruits, a cake, and room decorations. What's more, the restaurant where we had dinner prepared another celebratory cake for us and offered complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails, making us feel truly honored!

My stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly unforgettable. The resort’s architecture is breathtaking, blending traditional Indonesian design with modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning ocean views. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean—it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was extensive, with both local and international options that catered to every taste.

The staff was very professional and kind. We enjoyed the stay. However, the room smelt a little bit damp when we first entered I would suggest to future guests to stay at the cliffside tower. it’s closer to the pools and the sea
