We had a wonderful stay at Prama Sanur Beach Bali. The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we had no issues at all from check-in to check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Prama with our one‑year‑old baby and absolutely loved our holiday. They even upgraded our room and surprised us for our wedding anniversary with a beautifully decorated setup and the cutest cake — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the food, the swimming pool, and the whole relaxing vibe of the resort. It felt fully safe, comfortable, and truly family‑friendly. We’ll definitely come back again — highly recommended.

1) huge compound . Rare these days . 2)Hotel Front team needs reorientation : shows warmness in your actions ,Baliness missing . Small talk amongst u folks must be cut to minimum .! 3) room is big enough n sufficiently well maintain . keep going . 4) bfast sufficient . pl don't waste food . 5) local food cafe : great team . Things we like: - Amazing location for the price, direct access to the beach so we spent most of our time playing and relaxing on the sand, both in the morning and late afternoon - Huge hotel. Yes, it's pretty old (it's 51 years old now!), but well-maintained and not creepy at all. - The hotel have two pools, one for kids with slides and fun stuff, and one lagoon style pool that's pretty big with view to the beach. - They offer bicycle rent, have kid-size bike for our son, and the selection is pretty good. I was pretty surprised they have Polygon Heist X5 which is a level up compared to other bikes that we saw around Sanur area. - We got upraded to Deluxe Room and it was pretty big! They even have a large balcony. Things we don't like: - The room was pretty dark, they should have a better lighting - Leak from shower area was maddening, our bathroom floor was always wet. - Breakfast options were okay, but the taste could be improved a big time.

A short two night stay, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast by the beach was from a well-stocked buffet with decent Indonesian and western options. Egg station is fast and efficient, options are rotated daily. The hotel opens directly onto the beach and the beach walk, so getting around on the beach is easy. The room was ageing but was totally serviceable with good aircon and water pressure. My garden room had a view of the lovely gardens that extended all the way to the pools and the beach. Plenty of food options just outside the front of the hotel, and within 15 minutes walk. Two large pools of different sizes by the beach, both clean and sunny. Staff were friendly and helpful at every interaction. Will happily stay again.
