Book it! The guide was amazing at explaining the history of the Penang hill, the difference in Buddhist practices, local culture and temples history. I would have not appreciated the location as deeply without this explanation. definitely worth it.

It was convinient, guide was good and overall nice experience. It was really hot when we went and the convince of your own transport was helpful.Pengang hill was nice and with express train pass there was hardly any waiting time.

This trip to penang hill was an absolute joy especially because of our tour guide LEE WEI.. would definitely recommend tourists to opt for him as he was extremely polite hospitable and patient! The entire itinerary was very well timed and planned by him! would highly recommend it 😊

We were very fortunate to have Mr Eric Ng as our guide:
- Eric was very kind to pick us up from our hotel as we were the only guests that morning.
- Our first stop was to see the sunrise from the peak of Penang Hill. Though the clouds hid the sunrise from view, it was still a great experience guided by the very humourous and knowledgeable Eric.
- We rode the tram, walked around the lush green hills in lovely cool air, saw the Hindu temple & bronze canon etc. while Eric shared about the fascinating history and culture. We even met a handsome kitty on the viewing platform. :)
- Next we visited Air Itam morning market to taste some delicious local foods such as curry noodles, char kway teow, roti canai etc.
- We also visited the local Kek Lok Si temple.
- The last stop was a visit to a local coffee producer for tasing and shopping.
I totally recommend Mr Eric Ng as your guide for this very enjoyable tour.

Use the QR code obtained from Klook to scan and collect your physical ticket at the Komtar building on the 6th floor at the red kiosks, located right opposite the Ticket Center. You will then receive a paper wristband. When entering various attractions, simply have the staff scan the QR code on your wristband.

After receiving the QR code from Klook, exit the mountain train and head toward The Habitat. This QR code can be scanned at the entrance for the forest walk. However, if anyone wants to watch the sunset at the 7:30 PM session, an additional fee of 18 Ringgit per person is required, and you will receive a yellow lanyard to wear. You can take photos for as long as you like. At the end, a guide will lead the walk back because it gets dark. Those interested in watching the sunset are recommended to bring a small flashlight.

I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances.
Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view.
Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow.
Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.

We enjoyed our guided tour with Rana who is knowledgeable about fruit trees he introduced to us and we enjoyed eating the different fruits besides the juice and fruits package we bought via Klook. Overall a fun tour but beware can be very hot and mosquitoes too. Also you can request the ticketing office to help book taxi to leave the place as we are near to closing time at 5:15 pm.
