The driver was very punctual and arrived on time five minutes before my appointment. I saw his car at the door but it hadn't come over yet. He had to arrive at the appointed time before he drove over. He was not a Chinese driver so he didn't speak Chinese, but it didn't matter to us. It is a designated location to the Hibiscus Resort, so there is no impact! Moreover, the price of chartering a car on the road is indeed cheaper than the price of chartering a car with a private driver! Because the car is a van, the seats are very large and very comfortable~ But I don’t recommend the Big Red Flower in Port Dickson!

Driver is on time and knows the way. The journey is smooth. Feel safe traveling in the vehicle. The aircon in the car is a bit lacking though
The bus arrived early. The driver will say whatapp. Make an appointment 1 day in advance. Good car. Clean. Forgot things in the car. The driver brought it back with him.
The driver is very friendly and will ask if you need to rest at the rest stop. The whole car is very comfortable for four people, but if there are seven people plus luggage, it may be a little crowded. The whole journey (from Kuala Lumpur to Penang) takes about 4.5 hours, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the road.

We reserve a 7 seat car but finally we get a 16 seat van. It can skip the line for departure as a tour van. It is very nice for us. The van is clean and spacious.
Our driver is a very professional tour guide. After seeing our itinerary for the first time, we gave a lot of suggestions to avoid us going to places with high tourist prices. In addition, after our trip from Batu Caves, we had egg milk. For vegetarians, the driver helped us find a restaurant called (Feilong Seafood Restaurant), which is a Chinese meal. You can change some dishes to vegetarian. The taste is really great. There are also many vegetarian meals. It is the most delicious in our trip. One of the dishes ... 👍👍👍 made us very satisfied with this trip
