Value for money was great. It was very busy at check in (even though it was 11pm at night) but our reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. Pool area looked nice before it became VERY crowded with the families. The gym was great. Breakfast was crowded and chaotic but food was okay

location wise, there is nothing to complain but to compliment because of its position between KLCC and Pavilion. breakfast was decent and a wide spread of choices. however there’s always this confusion with the tourism tax which I hope that Klook can show in the payment or the voucher which could ease the check in for guests
